This service begins one year before your wedding and ensures that when your day arrives, you’re fully present — never managing logistics.

• One-year kickoff meeting — timeline vision & vendor guidance
• Two-month final detail meeting — confirming layout, vendor logistics & final expectations
• Custom wedding day handbook with timelines and styling details — created & shared with all vendors
• Rehearsal coordination (up to 1.5 hours)
• Full wedding day management (up to 12 hours)

Full Coordination + Styling Direction
For couples who want both logistics and design beautifully led for them.
This elevated service blends wedding planning support with creative styling execution, ideal for couples who want their aesthetic intentionally guided — not DIY-stressed.
Includes everything in Package 2, plus:
• Dedicated styling session 9 months out — mood board direction + sourcing guidance
• Design vendor alignment — ensuring florals, rentals & styling are cohesive
• Optional access to select Painted Raven décor inventory
Hydration Station
• Rehearsal + rehearsal dinner coordination
• Signature detail staging — tablescapes, candles, signage, flatlay moments
• Dessert & charcuterie table setup (client provides pre-prepped food — no on-site food handling)
